Childcare for Tomorrow” is the second official campaign by Benefit. This campaign addresses the childcare crisis and its impact on families, workplaces, and society. Access to affordable, high-quality childcare remains limited, leaving many parents—especially mothers—struggling to balance work and caregiving. This not only affects children’s development but also widens the gender employment and wage gap.
Through Childcare for Tomorrow, we advocate for accessible childcare services that support working parents, promote gender equity in the workforce, and ensure every child has a safe, nurturing environment to grow and thrive.
Boys for Tomorrow (BFT)
Launched in March 2018, Boys for Tomorrow is Benefit’s first official campaign, aimed at preventing violence and promoting ethical behaviour among boys aged 7–18. Recognising that men make up a higher percentage of perpetrators in violence and abuse, the campaign focuses on early intervention—shaping positive behaviours in boys, adolescents, and young men. By raising awareness of toxic masculinity and its impact, BFT works with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build a safer, more respectful society.
